This 1982 Chevrolet Corvette for sale is a Bowling Green, Kentucky built original V8 Auto Glass T Top coupe in truly unbelievable condition. Built in May 1982 and first sold in Florida in October that year,  so amongst the last C3 Corvette’s ever built and sold new. This Corvette is outstanding in every aspect and in a condition which can only be described as exceptional, having spent it’s life cosseted by just SIX owners, and in the same family for the last 22 years.

We believe this to be the best ORIGINAL UNRESTORED LOW MILEAGE C3 Corvette available in Europe !

We have copies of original Florida titles from the original owner selling the car in 1984, having covered just three thousand miles, the second owner in Florida keeping the car until 1990 before the third owner brought the car to the UK and registering the Corvette here in 1991 at which point the car had covered just 8300 miles. He then sold  the car in 1994 for more than twice the price of an average C3 at the time and still only having covered 11000 miles That owner sold this fabulous Corvette in 2002 and it has remained in the family ever since ! We are in possession of a very large history file containing receipts and invoices for parts and works done on the car since its arrival in the UK. PLUS virtually every MOT since first import some 33 years ago. All backing up its recorded mileage of 22600 miles AS GENUINE !

This Corvette is incredibly straight and still has all it’s original panels and floor pans, this Corvette left the factory in one of the rarest colour combinations of Silver over Dark Claret with Dark Red Leather interior. Only 1301 cars were ever painted in this one year only colour scheme with around half having the Red leather interior. The paint is almost entirely unmarked.

It has an incredibly nice original bucket seat interior in Dark Red Leather and is unmarked, the centre console is in excellent shape, and the original carpets are exceptional. With great options of Power Windows, Mirrors, Door Locks, Telescopic Tilt Steering, Air Conditioning and Glass T Tops which still have the factory stickers for the factory security etching in place and perfect condition. The car also comes with one of the rarest options for 1982 A Stereo Radio with 8 Track player !! just 932 cars came with an 8 track and this one still works ! The desirable Alloy wheels are in ‘as new’ condition and matching set of white letter tyres have only covered a few thousand miles.

Running its original matching numbers factory 350ci Small Block Chevrolet V8 with CrossFire fuel injection and 700R4 4 Speed Automatic transmission. Power brakes and power steering, power windows and mirrors. The Corvette is an Air Con car from the factory.
